Who we are

This site is operated by TODO_LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME, registered at TODO_REGISTERED_ADDRESS under company number TODO_COMPANY_REGISTRATION_NUMBER. Questions about anything on this page can be sent to the studio address in the footer.

What we collect

If you send an enquiry, we hold what you typed into the form: your names, your contact details, your date and destination, and anything you chose to tell us. We hold it in order to answer you and, if you commission us, to do the work. We do not sell it, we do not share it with anyone who is not working on your wedding, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

The site itself sets no cookies and runs no advertising or profiling scripts. Aggregate traffic figures are collected in a form that does not identify you and does not store anything on your device.

Photographs

Photographs of you are personal data as well as creative work, and they are treated as both. Nothing is published anywhere without your written consent — see Image rights for the whole of that position.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become commissions are deleted after twelve months. Files from a commission are retained as part of your archive; you can ask for them to be deleted at any point, and we will confirm when it is done.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the studio address and we will respond within one month.
