Our promises
What every couple can count on
Nothing is published without your consent
No blog post, no portfolio entry, no social post, no submission to a publication. Your wedding is private by default and stays private unless you write to say otherwise. A non-disclosure agreement is signed on request and at no cost.
You meet your photographer before the day
The photographer on your wedding is the one you spoke to, and if a second is added you are told who they are in advance. Both have read the timeline and know the venue. Nobody learns your names that morning.
A preview in seven days, everything in eight weeks
A preview set within seven days of the wedding, and the complete edited set within eight weeks — four for an elopement. Those are commitments rather than estimates. If we are ever going to miss one, you hear it from us before the date passes.
Your archive is kept, and it is yours
Full-resolution files, a private online archive, and a print release for personal use with no expiry and no territory limit. You are never asked to buy back your own photographs.

Everything you need, without the stress
What if we don’t know how to pose?
You don’t need to. We give simple, practical direction — where to stand, where to walk, where the light is — and let the rest happen. The photographs are of the two of you, not of a pose.
What if we feel awkward in front of the camera?
Almost everyone does at first. That is why we start with something to do rather than something to hold: a walk, a conversation, a view. Stillness photographs as nerves; movement photographs as you.
Can you help us choose locations?
Yes, and it is much of the value. Tell us the month and roughly where; we come back with two or three places, the hour each works best and what the walk involves. The choice is yours, the research is ours.
Can we combine multiple locations?
Yes, if they are close enough that travelling between them does not eat the time. Two or three places within a short walk or drive fit well in two hours; further apart, we will suggest more time.
What happens if it rains?
We agree a backup before you travel — a covered location, a later hour or, where the place demands it, a second day. Soft rain can make beautiful photographs; a storm on an exposed summit is not worth it, and we will say so.
How quickly do we receive the photos?
A few favourites within a week, and the complete edited gallery within four weeks, in a private online gallery with high-resolution downloads.
Can you travel to another city?
Yes. We photograph elopements across Europe and in the United States. Travel is quoted separately, itemised and at cost, so you can see exactly what it adds.
